Everyone else in our set names no crypto in the documents read: Global Poker, High 5, WOW Vegas, Jackpota, Zula, Rolla, Fortune Wins, Modo.us, RealPrize, LoneStar, Dara Casino, Moonspin, Hello Millions, Crown Coins, Pulsz, McLuck, Legendz and Mega Bonanza. Their payment clauses speak of cards, wallets, bank accounts, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Trustly or Skrill.

Stake.us: crypto in, the same crypto out

Stake.us is the one site whose contract settles the question. Gold Coin purchases “must be made using FIAT or a cryptocurrency supported by the Platform” (Terms 18.0 cl. 7.3(a)). The pairing is locked both ways: buy with FIAT and you redeem in FIAT (cl. 7.3(c)); buy with crypto and you redeem “using the same cryptocurrency” (cl. 13.4(d)). Stake Cash is valued at 1 per US$1, with crypto paid at market price (cl. 13.4(c)).

In practice the lock decides your exit at the moment you pay. Buy Gold Coins with a card and a prize comes back in FIAT; buy with a coin and it comes back in that coin. The prize is fixed in dollars while the coin amount follows the market price at payout, so the number of coins you receive can differ from the number you spent.

Three details matter before you pick it for crypto:

• The coin list is left out of the terms; the help center points to the dropdown on the purchase page.
• Bank redemption needs at least one earlier card purchase (help article updated 25 April 2026).
• Stake Cash must be played three times before redemption (cl. 13.1(c)), where Chumba asks once. The terms print one request per 24 hours (cl. 13.6(b)) but give neither a redemption minimum nor a processing time.

PlayFame and Spree: weaker proof

PlayFame’s help center says “You can now buy gold coins using popular cryptocurrencies” (article updated 23 April 2025) and that crypto redemptions “typically process on blockchain within a few hours” (updated 9 September 2026). The written rules pull the other way. Sweepstakes Rules 1.1 of 5 August 2024 authorize cash prizes only “to a bank or bank account held in your name” (cl. 6.7.3), and Terms of Service 2.3 mention Gold Coins alone. We score PlayFame beats with that caveat; check the cashier before you count on a crypto payout.

Spree’s evidence is one line in a home-page FAQ, archived 30 April 2026: “We offer several different cards, e-wallets, and even cryptocurrency.” The line names no coin, and Spree’s Sweepstakes Rules 1.8.1 send cash prizes to a bank account (cl. 6.7.3). A marketing line is the weakest evidence we accept.

Sweeptastic once listed five coins in its purchases FAQ. Its own domain now says casino operations were discontinued.

To check a claim like these yourself, open three places in order. First the terms or sweepstakes rules: a payment clause that names cryptocurrency is part of the contract. Then the help center, which shows current practice but can change without a new version number. Last the cashier, where the coin list and any fees appear at the moment you pay. If the three disagree, the rules decide what you can hold the operator to, and the redemption clause decides how a prize leaves.

If speed is the reason you want crypto

Many readers ask for crypto because they want prizes out quickly. At sweepstakes sites like Chumba, the fastest stated routes in our reading are e-wallets and gift cards rather than coins. The WOW Vegas help center (13 May 2026) gives Skrill up to 24 business hours and Prizeout up to 24 hours; the High 5 help page gives Skrill 1–2 business days and Prizeout “instant to a few hours”. Chumba names Skrill and Prizeout too, inside its 10-business-day bank clock (Terms 27.0 cl. 8.16).

Against those, Stake.us prints a request limit but gives no processing time for any method, and PlayFame’s few-hours crypto line sits in a help article rather than its rules. So crypto is the right pick when you already hold coins and want to stay in them. When the goal is simply speed, compare stated times method by method first. The times above are the operators’ own statements, untimed by us.

What crypto changes at a sweepstakes site

Crypto changes the rail, and the model stays the same. A Sweeps Coin or Stake Cash is still a sweepstakes entry worth US$1 once won in play. Verification still applies: Stake.us redeems a prize only after “completing the identification process” (cl. 13.1(e)), just as Chumba verifies before any redemption. Real-money crypto casinos are a different product

At a real-money crypto casino you deposit coins, and your balance is money rather than a sweepstakes entry. There are no Gold Coins, no free entry route and no 1 SC to US$1 rate: a deposit bonus with its own terms, and a withdrawal in the coin you hold. These casinos run under offshore licenses. TrustDice, from our May 2026 test

TrustDice is also a real-money crypto casino. The Curaçao Gaming Authority register lists license OGL/2024/664/0280, held by Satoshi Gaming Group N.V. and active when checked on 26 August 2026. The cashier lists nine coins: BTC, ETH, EOS, USDT, USDC, LTC, DOGE, TRX and TXT.

We tested it in May 2026 with USDT deposits over several weeks. Crypto withdrawals arrived in 10–15 minutes each, and no ID was requested until about 5,000 USDT had been withdrawn in total. The next withdrawal went to payment under review; a compliance email followed with a Veriff link, and TrustDice later asked for documents a second time by email. A passport passed where a driver’s license was refused, so keep one ready before you reach that level.
