Dated log, newest first
Chumba’s postal free-entry route was printed in Sweeps Rules 21.0 of 30 December 2025 and is gone from 26.0 of 13 July 2026. This log records that edit and every other dated rule change we found at Chumba and the sites like it in 2025 and 2026, each with its document.
How to read this log
Each row gives a date, the site, what changed, and the document that shows it. Where a document shows a new version but does not list its edits, the row says what the current version prints. Events with no first-party text, such as the LuckyLand Slots closure, are marked reported and name the outlet.
The log covers the rules a player deals with: coins, free entry, playthrough, redemption, verification, ownership and closures. Changes to the territories each operator accepts, and any legal action, are kept on one page, sites like Chumba by state.

The 13 July edit is the one that changed how a Chumba player gets free coins. It removed the envelope, the stamp and the Postal Request Code. It kept the value at 5 SC and moved the whole process into the app. For every rule where Chumba now beats or trails the others, see casinos like Chumba.

Changes with no printed date
- Sweeptastic stopped operating as a casino. Its own domain says “Casino operations were discontinued” and gives no date. The last casino-era captures are from 20 November 2024, and review-site pages appear on the domain from 15 October 2025.
- Chumba’s mail-in route went away somewhere between Sweeps Rules 21.0 and 26.0. We did not read the version in between.
- WOW Vegas renamed its rulebook from Sweepstakes Rules to SC Game Rules somewhere between version 14.0 of 21 October 2024 and version 30.0.

When did Chumba remove the mail-in route?
Between two versions of its Sweeps Rules. Version 21.0 of 30 December 2025 still printed a PO box and a Postal Request Code; version 26.0 of 13 July 2026 prints only the online entry request, still worth 5 SC. The version in between was not read.
Is LuckyLand Slots closing?
Its closure was reported by CasinoBeats on 28 July 2026, quoting VGW: purchases ended 3 August, play 24 August, and access and redemptions end 14 September 2026. On 11 September 2026 luckylandslots.com redirected to a not-available page.
What happened to Fortune Coins?
It became Fortune Wins. The Terms change log records the brand-name update on 7 April 2026, and fortunecoins.com now redirects to fortunewins.com. The prize coin keeps the abbreviation FC.
Is Sweeptastic still running?
No. A page on its own domain says casino operations were discontinued and that it no longer operates as a playable platform. It gives no date.
