What is actually new among Chumba-style sweepstakes sites in 2026

New brands, new versions

One brand in our set has a dated launch: VGW’s LuckyLand Casino, in a news post of 12 December 2025. Most of what looks new is a new rule version instead, led by WOW Vegas SC Game Rules 30.0 and Jackpota Sweepstakes Rules 1.9, both dated 9 September 2026.

New brand or new rulebook: two different things

A new brand is a site that did not exist before: a new name, often a new company, and a first set of rules. A new rule version is an existing site publishing an edited contract, version 30.0 replacing 29.0. Both get called new sites like Chumba, and they tell you different things.

A new brand has no history. Its first rulebook may be generous or thin, and nothing older exists to compare it with. A new version on an old brand can be set beside the previous one, so you see exactly what moved: a lower minimum, a new bonus condition, a narrower list of places it serves.

The difference changes what you read. With a new brand, read the whole rulebook, since every clause is new. With a new version, read the change: set the old and new text side by side, clause by clause, the way this site does for Chumba.

Dated launches are scarce in operator documents. In everything we read, one launch carries a date and one brand carries a dated rename. Every other “new” is a version date.

The one dated launch: LuckyLand Casino

VGW, the group behind Chumba, lists a post on the launch of LuckyLand Casino dated 12 December 2025 in its news sitemap. The title and date could be read; the post body could not, and no LuckyLand Casino rulebook was read for this page, so it has no scorecard line yet.

What the post does show is the family. VGW’s own site lists Chumba Casino, Global Poker, LuckyLand Slots, LuckyLand Casino and Monopoly Match. Chumba and Global Poker both released new Sweeps Rules on 13 July 2026, versions 26.0 and 25.0. A shared owner keeps accounts separate: under Chumba’s Responsible Social Gameplay Policy 4.0, a break taken at Chumba does not cover its sister sites (cl. 4.2(h)).

The same family is losing a brand. LuckyLand Slots is reported closing: trade press (casinobeats.com, 28 July 2026, quoting VGW) gave 3 August for the end of Gold Coin purchases, 24 August for the end of play, and 14 September 2026 for the end of access and redemptions. On 11 September 2026 luckylandslots.com redirected to a not-available page, although its last captured Sweeps Rules 31.0 carry the same 13 July 2026 date as Chumba’s. The dates are set against Chumba in LuckyLand vs Chumba Casino.

A new name on an old operator: Fortune Wins

Fortune Coins now answers as Fortune Wins. The old domain redirects to fortunewins.com (observed 11 September 2026), and the Terms change log records the step: “2026 04 07: We have updated the brand name and related website links.” The operator is unchanged, Social Gaming LLC and Social Gaming LTD, and the prize currency keeps the old initials, FC.

So Fortune Wins is new on the sign and familiar underneath. Its current Sweeps Rules 4.7 (13 August 2026) carry the figures that matter: a 5,000 FC minimum (US$50 at 100 FC to US$1), 500 FC per mailed request, and a playthrough the operator may set per game or region.

New names from familiar operators

A brand name can be new while the company behind it is established. The operators’ own documents show several companies running more than one site:

Operator named in the documentsBrands
VGW groupChumba Casino, Global Poker, LuckyLand Casino, LuckyLand Slots (reported closing)
MW Services LimitedWOW Vegas, Rolla
B-Two Operations LimitedMcLuck, Hello Millions, SpinBlitz; payment agent for PlayFame
Realplay Tech IncRealPrize, LoneStar
A1 Development LLCFunrize, NoLimitCoins

A new site from one of these companies usually arrives on a known template. RealPrize and LoneStar share clause numbers and wording almost line for line. Jackpota, PlayFame, Hello Millions and Spree share one rules structure: cash prizes in clause 6.3, gift cards in 6.4, the same bank-in-your-name wording in 6.7.3, and one request per 48 hours. So when a fresh name appears, check the operator line first. If it matches a company you know, the sibling’s scorecard line is a fair first guess until the new rules are read.

Rules updated most recently

Here is the newest document we read for each brand, set against Chumba’s 13 July 2026 on the scorecard’s freshness rule.

A fresh date means the text you read is the one in force. It says nothing about whether the terms improved, which is the next question.

Global Poker shows how brands under one owner move together: its Sweeps Rules 25.0 and Chumba’s 26.0 carry the same date, and its free request pays the same 5 SC online.

Version numbers give a rough clue to age. Chumba’s Terms are on 27.0 and the WOW Vegas rules on 30.0, while Jackpota’s rules are on 1.9, Zula’s on 2.6 and the newest captured Crown Coins policy on 1.0. A low number can mean a young rulebook or a restart in numbering, and the documents leave that open, so treat it as a hint rather than a launch date. For the other five rules on the scorecard, see better than Chumba.

What the newest versions changed

  • WOW Vegas, SC Game Rules 30.0. The cash minimum is 50 SC, where the 2024 Sweepstakes Rules 14.0 said 100. Sweeps Coins can now be used on sports predictions, called Sports Picks, and the document was renamed from Sweepstakes Rules to SC Game Rules. Its Terms 9.0 of 23 July 2026 also stopped naming WOW Services Limited, which version 8.0 did. The full comparison is in WOW Vegas vs Chumba Casino.
  • Jackpota, Sweepstakes Rules 1.9. A 75 SC cash minimum, a 10 SC gift card minimum and caps of US$10,000 a day, US$40,000 a month and US$80,000 a quarter. The Terms of Service 2.6 speak only of Virtual Coins, and the rules’ sponsor clause still prints an older registered office than the site footer, so read both documents.
  • Zula, Sweepstakes Rules 2.6. Its Terms 2.4 keep a dated change log, the kind of record that shows what moved and when.
  • Chumba itself. The postal free-entry route was in Sweeps Rules 21.0 (30 December 2025) and is gone from 26.0 (13 July 2026), replaced by the in-app request at the same 5 SC. The version in between was not read.
  • Stake.us, Terms 18.0. Its version table lists ten editions from 20 February 2025 to 10 July 2026, and the entry for 18.0 records a change to its territory list.

Territory changes like that last one are tracked on one page only, sites like Chumba by state. Every dated edit we log is on sweepstakes rule changes.

Old names that changed shape

Some changes turn a familiar brand into a different product without a new name:

  • Mega Bonanza. Terms of Service 2.6 (26 January 2026) contain no sweepstakes or prize clauses, and the help center speaks only of Gold Coins. Its sweepstakes rules address served a 404 page by June 2025. No dated notice of the change was found.
  • NoLimitCoins. Terms 2.0 of 3 September 2026 name only Virtual Coins and describe a play-for-fun site. No redemption clause could be read, which is why its fresh date carries a caveat above.
  • Funrize. The rules page is gone from the live site (11 September 2026). The last captured Award Rules, revised 4 June 2024, set a promotion period that ended on 1 June 2026.
  • Sweeptastic. Its own domain now says casino operations were discontinued and hosts a review site.

Each one shows that a site can change shape between two readings, which is why every figure on this site carries its document date.

What to check on new sites like Chumba

Whether a brand is new or freshly revised, the same ten checks separate a usable rulebook from a thin one:

  1. Operator and address. A company name and registration number, the same in the terms and the rules. Spree’s Sweepstakes Rules 1.8.1 print a different sponsor number and address from its terms footer.
  2. A version and a date on every document.
  3. A redemption clause with a coin value. Modo.us, Moonspin and RealPrize print minimums without a Sweeps Coin to dollar rate.
  4. Cash and gift card minimums, stated as figures.
  5. A stated processing time and request limit. Seven of the brands we score print no processing time.
  6. The free entry route and amount, and how long a mailed request takes to credit.
  7. Playthrough and its ceiling. Chumba reserves up to 20×; Modo.us up to 30×.
  8. Coin expiry. Sixty days is the common figure.
  9. Minimum age. 21 at Chumba; 18 or local majority at several others.
  10. A live rules page. If the rules address is gone, the promotion behind it may be too.

Every one of these checks feeds the scoring method on how we score. Established brands that pass them are profiled on the scorecard of online casinos like Chumba.

What is the newest site like Chumba?
The only dated launch in the documents we read is LuckyLand Casino, from Chumba’s own group VGW, in a news post of 12 December 2025. Its rules were not read for this page. Among rulebooks, WOW Vegas and Jackpota carry the newest dates, 9 September 2026.
Is Fortune Wins a new casino?
It is Fortune Coins under a new name. Its Terms change log records the brand change on 7 April 2026, the operator is still Social Gaming LLC and Social Gaming LTD, and the prize currency keeps the initials FC.
Does a new rule version mean a better deal?
Not by itself. WOW Vegas used its newer rules to cut the cash minimum from 100 SC to 50 SC, but other updates only tighten conditions or widen the list of places a brand serves. Compare the new version with the old one.
Is LuckyLand Slots still open?
Trade press reported its closure on 28 July 2026: purchases ended 3 August, play 24 August, and access and redemptions end 14 September 2026. On 11 September 2026 luckylandslots.com redirected to a not-available page.
What should I check on a new sweepstakes site?
The operator and its address, a version and date on each document, a redemption clause with a coin value, the cash minimum and stated time, the free entry amount, playthrough, coin expiry and minimum age.
